Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-end landscape management.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Aspire or similar.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to coach and train Supervisors and Crew Leaders.
• Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, turf management, and landscape maintenance practices.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high-end clientele.
• Experience in process development, bidding systems, and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
• SWOT analysis experience and strategic planning abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the landscape maintenance division, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Lead, coach, and manage supervisors and field staff to ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate employee training and development plans to promote growth and retention.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to company standards via audits.
• Act as senior point of contact for high-end commercial and residential clients.
• Conduct site audits and address client concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Perform quality audits and implement corrective actions with teams.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage scheduling, communications, and reporting.
