Job summary

Bedrocklandscaping in McKinney, TX seeks a driver/landscape team member. You will safely operate company trucks and trailers, transport crew and materials to job sites, and assist with routine maintenance.

You’ll perform pre- and post-trip inspections, keep equipment secure, follow safety guidelines, and support crew leaders with site setup and breakdown. CDL is preferred but not required; must lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in all weather, and communicate well with the team.

Qualifications

Requires ability to drive trucks and trailers safely.
Experience driving in landscaping contexts preferred.
Must maintain clean, organized vehicles and work areas.
Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company trucks, trailers, and equipment as a driver.
Transport crew, tools, and materials to job sites in a timely manner.
Assist with routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup.
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
Ensure all equipment is secured properly during transport.
Follow safety guidelines and traffic laws.
Support crew leaders with job site setup and breakdown.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work environment.
Step into driver role as needed to maintain workflow and scheduling.
