Job summary

Juniper Landscaping LLC is seeking a CDL Driver to support our landscaping projects. You will operate Class A commercial vehicles, deliver and pickup materials, and coordinate with project managers and crews to ensure timely, safe deliveries.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, accurate logs, load securement, DOT compliance, and occasional hands-on landscaping tasks during downtime. A valid CDL A, clean MVR, DOT medical card, and 1–2 years of driving experience are required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Clean MVR and background check.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and load securement standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and perform physical duties.
• DOT drug/alcohol testing compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A CMV per DOT regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Transport goods to customer sites or facilities in a timely and safe manner.
• Maintain driver logs and delivery documentation using ELD or logs.
• Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of cargo.
• Follow safety protocols including HOS, speed limits, and route assignments.
• Communicate with dispatchers and site personnel to coordinate deliveries.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or violations promptly.
• Comply with drug and alcohol testing programs and DOT requirements.
• Assist with landscaping tasks during downtime or when not driving.
• Attend optional company events or safety meetings.
