Job summary

Woodlake Outdoor is seeking Landscape Drivers to join our growing team. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and be at least 21 years old.

These full-time positions offer benefits and weekly pay, with a focus on long-term growth. Responsibilities include operating company trucks, loading and transporting materials, performing inspections, and assisting with landscape installation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of landscape or lawn care experience preferred; open to training.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and walk 10+ miles daily.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools used in landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks and trailers between the yard, suppliers, and job sites.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload plants, soil, mulch, stone, tools, and equipment.
• Complete daily vehicle and trailer inspections.
• Keep vehicles, trailers, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist crews with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers; installing sod, mulch, soil, edging, and decorative stone.
• Grade, dig, and prepare planting beds; load and move materials; clean and organize job sites.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, crew members, suppliers, and customers.
• Report vehicle, equipment, safety, or job-site concerns promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

These positions are fulltime and benefit eligible positions and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and we are ready to invest in their growth!

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company trucks and trailers between the yard, suppliers, and job sites

• Report vehicle, equipment, safety, or job-site concerns promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned
