We create custom outdoor living environments that combine inspired design with functionality—hardscapes, planting, lighting, water and fire features, and seasonal maintenance—all executed with precision and care. Now, as one of our most experienced team members prepares to retire, we’re looking for the next talented Landscape Architect / Sales Leader to help guide clients and lead projects that continue this legacy.

Position Overview

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of your designs from concept through completion, while building lasting client relationships. As our Landscape Architect / Sales Leader, you’ll play a vital role in both design development and project sales, collaborating with our in-house teams and trusted subcontractors to bring each vision to life.

You’ll work closely with homeowners who are investing in their outdoor spaces—listening, designing, and guiding them through each step of the process.

  • Generate new leads through organic networking and visibility in the community

✏️ Design & Planning
  • Develop custom landscape designs using 2D or 3D software (Realtime 3D, Uvision, SketchUp, or AutoCAD)

  • Choose appropriate hardscape and plant materials to match client needs, site requirements, and budget

  • Create concept plans, site renderings, and materials packages for presentation

📊 Estimating & Project Management
  • Prepare detailed take-offs and estimates for labor and materials

  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to finalize pricing

  • Serve as the client’s main point of contact throughout the entire build process

  • Lead kickoff meetings with field crews, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality execution

  • Conduct final walkthroughs, manage change orders, and ensure successful project closeout

Qualifications

  • Comfortable guiding high-end residential clients through a personalized design/build process

  • Well-organized and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple active projects

  • Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship

  • Brings an entrepreneurial mindset, a can-do attitude, and a strong sense of teamwork

  • Leads with kindness, acts with integrity, and maintains a positive, solutions-focused mindset with clients and teammates

Compensation & Benefits
