Landscape Architect Project Manager - Tampa, FL Halff has an immediate opening for a Landscape Architect Project Manager in the Tampa, FL office. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of landscape architects, planners, engineers, and others to provide management on a wide variety of public and private landscape architecture and planning projects. Projects emphasis includes park, recreation and trail planning and design; urban park, plaza, and streetscape and transportation enhancements; land development; and support for planning on public and private sector projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment to help clients plan, design, and implement projects. Learn about Halff and our 75th Anniversary What you will need: 5+ years of experience demonstrating leadership skills, minimum, as a Professional Landscape Architect. Bachelors of Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university. Florida registration as a Professional Landscape Architecture, or the ability to acquire registration within a year period. Familiarity preparing proposal/scope of work documents and reviewing invoices/submitting. Ability to work with design teams and consultants through all design stages from concept through construction. Foster and promote a positive, team-oriented environment and office culture. Ability to lead teams to complete projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements. Knowledgeable in the production of CD sets including FDOT, hardscape, planting, construction details, specifications, and bidding packages. Experience in master planning of parks, trails, and recreation is a plus. Experience with FDOT landscape design is a plus. Experience with construction methodologies and implementation. Ability to travel periodically, primarily in state, to support project needs. Well organized, detail oriented, and highly motivated. Manage multiple projects of various scale and complexity simultaneously. Be able to anticipate the needs of clients and projects. Ability to communication effectively orally and in writing. Have excellent design skills. Be proficient with computer applications including AutoCAD, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
