Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Landscape Architect Project Manager to join our Landscape Architect team. This role can be based out of any of our Iowa office locations with a hybrid/remote work schedule.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing the planning, scheduling, and performance of multiple landscape architecture projects and personnel.
• Serving as the primary client contact and resolving project-related issues.
• Identifying project scope and participating in contract negotiations.
• Developing and monitoring project budgets and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Supervising and reviewing schematic design, construction documentation, and administration phases.
• Analyzing environmental reports on land conditions.
• Reviewing timesheets, preparing billings, and managing collections.
• Approving and presenting preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
• Engaging in business development with existing and potential clients.
• Traveling to work sites and project locations as necessary.

What We Are Looking For:

• B.S. Degree in Landscape Architecture or an equivalent program from an accredited college.
• Licensed Professional Landscape Architect (PLA).
• Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience.
• Extensive knowledge of site design, codes, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Land F/X, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, GIS, and similar applications.
• Effective communication skills, including presenting information clearly and responding to questions from clients, agencies, and staff.
• Ability to apply landscape architecture concepts to solve site design problems.
