Key Responsibilities

• Lead landscape architecture projects from initial concept through construction, managing all phases of design and delivery.
• Create innovative site design solutions for public, private, and institutional clients.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, municipalities, and external consultants.
• Mentor junior staff, providing guidance, feedback, and quality review.
• Participate in site assessments, design charrettes, and client meetings.
• Assist with business development through proposal preparation and client interactions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Licensed Landscape Architect (RLA) strongly preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp; experience with Civil 3D, Lumion, or other 3D visualization tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of planting design, environmental conditions, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to independently manage mid- to large‑scale projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and client‑facing skills.
