Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Registered Landscape Architect (RLA/PLA) preferred or required.
• Strong design, documentation, and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with SketchUp, Lumion, LandFX, or similar software is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative studio environment.
• Experience across sectors such as commercial, residential, mixed-use, hospitality, institutional, or public realm projects is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review plans, details, specifications, presentations, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, planners, and other consultants.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and landscape architects.
• Assist with project management, scheduling, budgets, and overall project delivery.
• Contribute to business development, client relationships, and the growth of the landscape architecture practice.
