Join to apply for the Multi/Decorator role at Wates Group.

Wates has an opportunity for a Voids Decorator / Multi Trader to join our Responsive Maintenance division. You will be based out of our Walton on Thames office, working on social housing contracts and delivering reactive maintenance to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking repair and renewal works.
• Advising the supervisor when other trades are required.
• Working on specific tasks independently.
• Collaborating with other operatives to complete tasks.
• Completing daily work sheets detailing work and materials used.
• Working efficiently to meet program deadlines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 trade qualification.
• Full driving license.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and multitasking skills.
• High standards of workmanship and customer service.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
