Since its founding in 1992, Edgewood Properties has established itself as a leading real estate development and property management company. Headquartered in New Jersey, the company is experiencing growth across the nation. With ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of over 6,000 units is expected to double in the next few years, reaching over 12,000 units within five years.

Due to this rapid growth and the ownership's focus on developing and holding properties rather than selling, we are seeking qualified candidates to join our team.

We are currently hiring a Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Laborer to install and maintain landscaping on new and existing residential and commercial properties. This position is based at our South Plainfield office but will work at various sites throughout New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly lawn maintenance, weeding, pruning, trimming, mulching, and planting
• Operate landscape equipment safely and effectively
• Manage and maintain landscape tools and equipment
• Report to the Landscape Foreman or Landscape Division Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape installation and maintenance
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of equipment operation and basic maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company truck with trailer if needed
• High School Diploma or equivalent
