Job Title: Garden Installation Laborer

Dear Garden Associates, Inc. is an established landscape company in Bucks County, PA, specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of detailed gardens and outdoor environments. We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team who enjoy working with gardens and are team players.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of plant materials and hardscaping features.
• Operate landscape tools and equipment such as skid steer, backhoe, tiller, hand and power tools.
• Work physically on garden installation tasks.
• Communicate with clients and supervisors regarding project details and concerns.
• Complete daily paperwork related to job tasks.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience installing plant materials and hardscaping.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Proficient in using landscape tools and equipment.
• Physically capable of performing garden installation tasks.
• Knowledge of plant materials, especially trees, shrubs, and perennials in zones 6 and 7.
• Experience with constructing walls, patios, and other hardscape structures using natural stone is a plus.
• Positive attitude, reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation.
