Gothic Landscape in San Jose, CA seeks a Landscape Management Account Specialist to build strong client relationships, oversee field operations, and drive growth across multiple landscapes.

You will coordinate crews, deliver proactive site quality reviews, and network to generate referrals while supporting branch objectives. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred, with a competitive benefits package and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year college degree in Horticulture; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong customer service, sales and communication experience, or related experience
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to write and present proposals/bids
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Responsibilities

• Create strong relationships with customers through communication and service, ensuring quality, timely service on projects
• Manage crew members including dispatch, performance management, addressing complaints, and planning/workload assignments
• Provide proactive site quality reviews and communicate assessments internally and externally
• Network and earn referrals to help the branch achieve growth objectives
• Lead the branch in growing its base contracts in target markets and locations
• Assist the branch team in achieving quality, retention, growth and profitability
