Today, we have three locations in Evanston, IL, Chicago, IL, and Milwaukee, WI with 110 team members across our branches. Our company continues to grow significantly as homeowners and property owners turn towards sustainable, organic, and battery-powered landscape services. We are adding talented professionals to our team in 2024.
Greenwise is seeking to hire a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve our Milwaukee clients. We are proud of our innovative approach to sustainable landscaping and work to be on the cutting edge of the lawn and landscape industry. If you are looking to form strong relationships work clients and colleagues, do meaningful work you take pride in, and join a company with a culture rooted in teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
A Greenwise CRM is the main point of contact for our clients. In this role, you would manage and sell all aspects of a property owner's landscape needs including turf care, regular maintenance, and enhancement work. CRMs work with our operations department and horticulture manager; estimate, propose, and manage small projects; and act as liaisons between our clients and crews to ensure our services are delivered with the highest quality. An ideal candidate for this role is passionate about the environment, has a strong knowledge of lawn care and horticulture, and possesses excellent communication skills.
The CRM will work closely with the Sales Manager, Client Relationship Administrators (CRA), Landscape Designers, and the operations team for sale and execution of programs and projects.
At the start of this role, we envision this individual working collaboratively with and across departments as part of the initial onboarding process. This will include training and on-site experience with sales, operations, administration, and other aspects of the company's day-to-day operations. This could involve selling, estimating, supervising, and in certain cases, assisting crews with field work where needed.
