Green Touch Services is seeking a Commercial Landscape Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial grounds maintenance clients across Central Indiana. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring service quality, and identifying opportunities to expand services while serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal management.

• Ability to identify landscape maintenance needs and recommend solutions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Proven history of successfully working with clients and developing long-term relationships.
• Comfortable working independently and spending significant time visiting client properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of commercial grounds maintenance clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and property managers
• Regularly inspect assigned properties to ensure company quality and safety standards are being met
• Communicate client expectations, concerns, and priorities to the internal management team
• Identify and propose enhancement opportunities and additional landscape services across assigned accounts
• Follow up on service requests and ensure client concerns are addressed in a timely manner
• Identify new business opportunities by developing and maintaining relationships with property management firms and other commercial clients
• Participate in contract renewals, pricing discussions, and new contract negotiations
• Work closely with operations and management to improve customer satisfaction and account profitability
• Assist with seasonal planning and coordination of landscape maintenance, enhancements, and snow services

Green Touch Services is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial grounds maintenance clients throughout Central Indiana.

This is a full-time, year-round position focused on building strong client relationships, ensuring service quality, identifying opportunities for additional services, and serving as the primary link between our customers and internal management team.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of commercial landscape maintenance, communicates well with customers, and takes ownership of the overall appearance and performance of their assigned properties.
