Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through site visits, follow-ups, and clear communication.
• Drive sales growth by securing new maintenance, enhancement, and snow contracts.
• Identify property needs, estimate, and generate proposals for added-value services.
• Act as liaison between clients and operations teams for maintenance, enhancements, and snow services.
• Support renewals, collections, and public relations efforts, including networking and community events.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and seasonal snow operations.
