Stockyards Energy Land Services LLC is seeking experienced Landmen to support oil and gas projects across Texas and the Rocky Mountain region. You will research county records to establish mineral, surface, and leasehold ownership, prepare ownership reports, and secure leases and related agreements.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple assignments independently, and familiarity with county records, land management systems, and Microsoft

Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience as a Landman in Texas, the Rockies, or both.
• Working knowledge of mineral ownership, oil and gas leases, title research, and land agreements.
• Ability to interpret deeds, assignments, probate records, legal descriptions, and related instruments.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with online county records, land management systems, and Microsoft Office.
