Job summary

HOM, Inc. is seeking a Landlord Support Specialist to coordinate tasks for HOM-assisted housing programs. You will serve as the primary contact for landlords, process lease actions, and ensure compliance across multiple HUD programs.

In this role you will review documentation, perform rent reasonableness checks, and manage lease renewals while maintaining accurate records. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a high-volume workload are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in residential property management or housing preferred.
• Pass background check and handle sensitive information as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for landlords and property managers in HOM-assisted tenancies.
• Review and process RFTAs for initial lease-ups and moves.
• Review landlord and compliance documents for accuracy and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Conduct rent reasonableness determinations using market data and communicate findings to landlords.
• Coordinate lease renewals and related activities, including documentation and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records within HOM systems and support timely lease-up and compliance.
