Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field required.
• Six years of solid waste landfill management experience required.
• SWANA MOLO (Manager of Landfill Operations) certification required.
• Applicants may substitute additional experience for education at a 1:1 rate, up to four years of the required education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at Midshore I & II landfills and two co-located drop-off facilities.
• Ensure compliance with MOLO certification, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Environmental Operations Group to optimize operations and performance.
