Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe landfill and enforce safety policies.

• Ensure operations are compliant, profitable, and productive.
• Monitor productivity and cost controls across the site.
• Oversee permitting and foresee potential issues.
• Meet with environmental and state/federal officials as needed.
• Train and mentor staff on landfill operations.
• Ensure landfill cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs.
