GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a dependable Landfill Spotter to lead site operations outdoors. You will direct incoming trucks, keep the yard organized, and ensure safe, smooth movement of people and equipment throughout the day.

Ideal candidates are reliable, weather-resilient, good communicators, and physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. A valid driver’s license is required to move between sites as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Command the Yard: Direct incoming trucks to the right spots for unloading—you’re the "air traffic controller" of the landfill.
• Keep Things Moving: Help our customers get in and out quickly and safely.
• Team Up: Work alongside heavy equipment operators (Wheel Loaders/Backhoes) to keep the site organized.
• Be the Eyes & Ears: Spot potential hazards or incidents before they happen and report them to the team.
