GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Landfill Spotter to serve as the boots-on-the-ground leader at our site. You will direct incoming trucks to unloading bays, keeping traffic flowing and safety at the forefront.

This role suits someone who enjoys active outdoor work, is reliable, and comfortable working in all weather. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Command the Yard: Direct incoming trucks to the right spots for unloading—you’re the "air traffic controller" of the landfill.

• Keep Things Moving: Help our customers get in and out quickly and safely.

• Team Up: Work alongside heavy equipment operators (Wheel Loaders/Backhoes) to keep the site organized.

• Be the Eyes & Ears: Spot potential hazards or incidents before they happen and report them to the team.
