Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Landfill Laborer to perform facility grounds upkeep, operate equipment, and support yard operations at our Cincinnati-area site. The role requires physical labor, adherence to safety procedures, and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Qualificações

• Mechanical aptitude and safety-focused mindset.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Good verbal communication with internal and external customers.

Responsabilidades

• Perform facility grounds upkeep, mowing, trimming, and pick up debris safely and per regulations.
• Build and repair fences as needed and maintain perimeter security.
• Maintain the odor control system as needed.
• Operate equipment such as skid steer, sweeper, and fuel trucks per needs.
• Direct traffic on or around the landfill and interact professionally with customers.
• Assist with yard boxes, truck wash, and wheel wash as required; assist with other duties.
