Waste Management is seeking a Plant Manager for a Landfill Gas to Energy facility in Pennsylvania. You will own production, coordinate maintenance, and ensure environmental and safety compliance while meeting contracts and coordinating with landfill management and operations.

Responsibilities include managing vendors, optimizing production, and serving as on-site technical expert for renewable energy production.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
• Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience diagnosing and repairing internal combustion engines and cooling systems.

Mansioni

• Own production capacity planning to reduce plant operating expenses and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with air permits and related procedures; represent WMRE in tests and inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance with 3rd party vendors and WMRE managers.
• Manage relationships with power/gas purchasers and ensure contracts are followed.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain plant machinery according to SOPs and policies.
• Enforce WM and WMRE safety policies across all staff and vendors.
