Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years of hands-on maintenance and repair experience.
• Preferred: three+ years in facilities maintenance and infra with mechanical/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair county facility infrastructure and environmental control systems.
• Operate hand and power tools and small maintenance equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors and monitor safety compliance.
