Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Land Use & Zoning Attorney in New York, NY for a permanent hybrid role with 3+ years of experience.

You will provide expert advice on zoning analyses, land use planning, and regulatory compliance; represent clients in meetings, hearings, and negotiations; draft, review, and negotiate land use agreements and permits; and conduct legal research to support opinions and briefs.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Use & Zoning Attorney.
• Exceptional knowledge of land use and zoning law and regulations.
• Proven ability to represent clients in complex land use and zoning matters.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
