You will prepare applications, navigate local regulations, present to planning commissions, and move projects through approvals with clarity and accountability.

You will work in-office with a team of planners and engineers, building relationships with municipal staff and developers, and delivering clean entitlement packages on a tight schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of land use planning experience, private or public
• Track record coordinating projects through entitlements
• Working knowledge of zoning codes and development review processes
• Demonstrated experience with Idaho or similar western-state planning
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication for presentations and stakeholder coordination
