Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of mortgage servicing, mortgage operations, title, real estate, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple transactions and recognize when escalation is required.

Responsibilities

• Processes specialized land transactions, including Partial Releases, Additions of Land, Easements, and other land-related transactions.
• Reviews loan and property information to determine eligibility and transaction requirements.
• Reviews supporting documentation and identifies outstanding requirements.
• Coordinates approvals with investors, mortgage insurance, client, title, appraisal, and legal teams.
• Manages assigned transactions and follows conditions through completion.
• Maintains accurate system documentation and records.
• Researches complex or non-standard transactions and escalates issues when appropriate.
