On-site full-time position in Frederick, MD. Candidates should have a high school diploma (college degree preferred), valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years land surveying experience required.
• Experience with boundary and topographic surveys.
• Experience with robotic instruments / total stations.
• Experience with construction stakeout.
• AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Must possess attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.
• Must pass background and drug screening checks.
• High School diploma required.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform boundary and topographic surveys.
• Conduct ALTA and construction stakeout surveys.
• Utilize robotic instruments and total stations.
• Produce accurate survey records and maps.
• Collaborate with team on projects in MD/DC area.
