Job summary

SafeBox in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. You will conduct topographic, boundary and construction surveys, operate surveying equipment, and prepare maps and CAD reports.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field, at least 2 years of experience, proficiency with total stations, GPS and CAD software, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Visa sponsorship and housing support are available.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct topographic boundary and construction surveys as per project requirements
• Operate surveying equipment and ensure accuracy of measurements
• Collect data and prepare maps, plans and reports using computer-aided design CAD software
• Analyze survey data and provide recommendations to clientsEnsure compliance with all local laws, regulations and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of all surveys performed

• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a land surveyor
• Proficiency in using total stations, GPS receivers and CAD software

Salary $1200 per month

This is a full-time position with the option for visa sponsorship for the right candidate. We also offer accommodation for employees who require it.
