As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys and creating detailed maps and reports of land areas You will work closely with engineers architects and construction teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in land measurements Your duties will include using specialized equipment such as GPS devices and total stations to collect data and create precise maps You will also be responsible for analyzing data and preparing reports for clients To be successful in this role you must have at least 3 years of experience in land surveying and possess a degree or certification in surveying or a related field Strong communication skills are also required as you will be working closely with other professionals on projects Additionally you must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month As this role is located in Los Angeles candidates who are already living in the city or willing to relocate at their own expense are preferred This is a great opportunity for an experienced Land Surveyor looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment
