The State of Iowa is seeking an Iowa-licensed Land Surveyor to support District 3 field activities in the Northwest region. You will lead survey crews, analyze field data, and coordinate with senior staff to ensure accuracy and compliance across transportation projects.
Non-licensed candidates may apply if they can obtain full licensure within 5 months of hire. Relocation assistance may be available based on eligibility; travel and shifting schedules are part of the role.
This position has an adjusted starting pay of $76,377.60. For non-state of Iowa employees, starting pay is negotiable within the pay scale range, based on years of experience above the minimum qualifications.
