Job summary

Orionplacement is seeking an experienced land surveying professional to lead projects from kickoff through final delivery in Virginia and Florida. You will coordinate field crews, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while providing technical direction on boundary, ALTA/NSPS surveys.

Applicants should have 5+ years of land surveying experience with strong knowledge of surveying principles. Relocation support may be available based on circumstances.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead land surveying projects from initiation through final delivery.
• Coordinate field crews, survey technicians, and office personnel.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and maintain relationships.
• Provide technical guidance on boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.
• Review survey data and deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
