Qualifications

• 2-3 years of CAD drafting or design experience.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Carlson.
• Ability to read survey plans and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update engineering, surveying, and design drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Carlson, or equivalent software.
• Assist with boundary, topographic, subdivision, and site development plans.
• Incorporate field survey data into CAD drawings.
• Review drawings for accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, planners, and project managers.
• Support senior staff with drafting and documentation.
• Maintain CAD standards and organize project files.
• Participate in quality control and troubleshoot issues.
