Jobot is seeking a CAD Tech to support surveyors, engineers, and construction leads by turning raw field data into precise, publishable drawings. You will handle boundary surveys, as-built plans, and related documentation, collaborating with clients and team members to ensure accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in land survey CAD work, strong AutoCAD/Civil 3D skills, and a detail-oriented approach with solid communication.

Qualificações

• 2–5+ years’ experience in land survey drafting or CAD work.
• AutoCAD (2007 or later) proficiency.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, drafting platforms).
• Detail-oriented mindset and clear communication skills.
• CST Certification or an Associate’s degree in Drafting & Design is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Input, edit, and finalize drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Process field data and interpret deeds, plats, and survey inputs.
• Draft technical drawings for boundaries, topography, hydrography, and more.
• Update plans as projects evolve and maintain detailed documentation.
• Create final deliverables like point clouds and as-builts.
