Qualifications

• Experience with home builders in plot plans or starts department preferred.
• Experience with Civil 3D is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft plot plans, form surveys, and final surveys.
• Proficient with topographic, boundary, and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD

Working knowledge of land surveying

Education

Associates degree in Drafting & Design or equivalent work experience

Tri-Tech Surveying provides consistent, accurate and timely surveying services to our commercial customers and residential clients including production and custom homebuilders as well as individuals. We have an immediate opening for a Survey CAD Technician in our Houston, TX office who is hands-on, has solid experience and has the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Primary drafting duties will be for home builder clients in producing plot plans, form surveys and final surveys. Experienced technician should be proficient with topographic surveys, production builder lot stake/envelopes/final title surveys, boundary surveys and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys.

Job Requirements:

• Must be proficient and have working knowledge in AutoCad. Civil 3D a plus
• Working knowledge of land surveying
• Prior experience with a home builder in either plot plans or starts department a plus
• Associates degree in Drafting & Design or equivalent work experience
