Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Right of Way/Real Estate experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with office software and schedules.
• Willing to work in an office location in Houston.
• Ability to manage budgets, scopes, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company with clients in a professional manner.
• Develop scope, budgets, and cost estimates for projects.
• Review project maps, title reports, vesting deeds, and related documents.
• Coordinate project team and sub-consultants.
• Attend client meetings in person or virtually.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; QA/QC of project components.
• Maintain reports and client communications.
