Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Real Estate, Business, Paralegal, Political Science, Surveying and Topography or related field.
• Minimum 2 years related work experience; or 4 years with HS/GED.
• Valid Driver’s License; Notary Public can be acquired within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support Research Specialist I or vendor personnel.
• Use company and public records to determine ownership and locate rights for land.
• Review engineering drawings, site plans, and legal descriptions.
• Prepare real estate documents for new construction and major projects.
• Support data management, GIS mapping, and indexing of land rights.
