Job summary

Chevron is seeking a Land Intern to join our internship program in Houston, TX, with opportunities across several U.S. locations.

You will work within an asset team on a summer-long project, gaining exposure to both upstream and downstream oil and gas operations and assisting in negotiating with landowners and external partners. You will conduct title research, support cross-functional teams, interact with regulatory agencies, and present your findings to senior leadership at the internship's

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of upstream and downstream oil and gas business through a Land project and additional assignments.
• Assist in negotiations with external partners and landowners; draft related agreements.
• Perform title research and analysis for various wells and projects.
• Provide land support to multidisciplinary teams for informed decisions.
• Interact with federal/state agencies on oil and gas regulatory issues.
