The job

• Lead and oversee land development projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate team priorities, deliverables, and submittals with Department, Group, or Project Managers.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers, fostering technical expertise and collaboration.
• Review construction plans, cost estimates, and reports to uphold accuracy and compliance.
• Engage in client interactions during planning stages to develop cost-effective, environmentally sound solutions, whilst fostering strong relationships that drive business growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, manage permitting processes, and oversee construction activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado.
