Land Development Senior Project Manager - Tampa, FL

Halff has an immediate opening for a Senior Project Manager to support our Land Development practice in Tampa, FL.

The ideal candidate would be a servant leader with at least 10 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

• Oversee design, planning, project delivery, and related services within the area.
• Identify business opportunities and lead the pursuit of Land Development design projects.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to the Land Development team.
• Mentor team members and develop talent.
• Manage projects directly and oversee other project managers on various projects.
• Collaborate with Halff leaders and manage resources for successful workshare across multiple projects.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, and/or residential development.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida.
• Leadership skills to supervise technical staff and lead projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in client interaction and business development.
• Positive attitude, self-directed, team-oriented, with a focus on quality, integrity, and success.
