Position Overview

Halff has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to support our Land Development practice in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with at least 10 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Responsibilities

1. Oversee design, planning, project delivery, and related services within the area.
2. Identify business opportunities and lead the successful pursuit of land development design projects.
3. Maintain and develop client relationships.
4. Provide leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to the land development team.
5. Mentor and develop team members.
6. Manage projects directly and oversee other project managers on various projects.
7. Collaborate with other Halff leaders and manage resources for successful workshare across projects.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and/or residential development.
3. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida.
4. Ability to lead projects and supervise technical staff.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Experience in client interaction and development.
7. Positive attitude, self-directed, team-oriented, with a focus on quality, integrity, and success.
