Overview

Halff has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Project Manager with a background in Land Development for our Tampa, FL office.

What you will do:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects, developing plans, specifications, stormwater management modeling, and construction contract documents for various land development projects, including streets, utilities, and related infrastructure. Strong communication skills with staff, clients, and governmental agencies are essential.

What you will need:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed PE in Florida or ability to obtain within 12 months
• Minimum of 4 years of Land Development experience
• Ability to work independently and make effective decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired skills:

• AutoCAD Civil3D, SWIMM, ICPR experience
