• BSc in Civil Engineering
• P. E License
• Minimum of 8 Years of Experience in Land Development (residential or commercial)
• Project Management Experience
• Strong Technical Design Skills
• Knowledge of land development in West Virginia, Maryland, and Virginia
• Based in Martinsburg, WV, or willing to relocate/commute

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage project teams for land development projects
• Perform quality control, client communication, and budgeting
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers
• Review design aspects like site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management, and water quality
