Job Description:

Job Title – Land Development Project Manager

Location – Newark, OH - Dublin, OH

Duration – Direct-Hire

Salary Range: $120K - $150K annually plus benefits

• The ideal candidate will be able to provide design expertise, manage projects from concept to delivery, and have a civil engineering background that includes local and state permitting, stormwater design, and experience leading earthwork projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage diverse projects, including large, complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and meeting project metrics.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, becoming their trusted partner.
• Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors.
• Lead or assist in developing project strategy, scope of work, risk evaluation, and budgeting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 4-7 years of project management experience.
• 7 or more years of experience in land development and civil-site engineering.
• Knowledge of green infrastructure practices, such as bioretention systems, permeable pavements, infiltration systems, and green roofs.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D required.
