Job summary

Metric Geo in Herndon, VA seeks a Senior Project Manager for land development to lead a growing team. You will direct land development projects, coordinate with clients, and mentor junior engineers and CAD designers.

The ideal candidate is a licensed P.E. in Virginia with 6+ years in civil land development, including residential and mixed-use, and has leadership experience. Hybrid schedule offered with a national engineering firm.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field and VA P.E license.
• 6+ years of civil engineering experience in land development (residential, master-planned, mixed-use).
• 1–2 years in Project Management or a leadership role preferred.
• Experience coordinating with municipal and county agencies.

What we're looking for:
