We are hiring an experienced Civil Engineer – Land Development on behalf of our client. We are seeking a skilled engineering professional with a strong background in commercial, residential, and mixed-use land development projects.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in civil engineering, construction management, project scheduling, and regulatory compliance, along with the ability to coordinate consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee land development projects from planning and design through construction and completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and construction activities.
• Review, interpret, and amend engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor project progress, manage changes, and resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluate bids, and support contractor selection.
• Coordinate stormwater management systems, utility designs, and civil infrastructure requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
