Job summary

CPH is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Land Development to lead projects from initiation to completion, coordinating engineers, designers, contractors, and vendors to meet scope, budget, and quality. This role requires proactive leadership and strong communication across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of civil design experience in site development, drainage, or municipal projects, and possesses proficiency in MS Office, Deltek Vision,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 5+ years of civil design experience in site development, drainage, or municipal projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Deltek Vision and Smartsheet.
• Experience with Civil 3D and strong team leadership abilities.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate engineering teams, designers, contractors, and vendors.
• Support senior management in defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Assist with proposals and contract preparation.
• Manage contract budgets and track spend.
• Ensure quality standards across projects and maintain records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
