Job summary

CPH, a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm, seeks a Project Manager to guide a commercial team. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality while coordinating subcontractors, permitting, and deliverables. You’ll be the primary client contact and ensure full project delivery.

The role emphasizes leading a production team, coaching staff, and maintaining project controls, including cost reporting and EWAs. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture is required.
• PE licensure or ability to obtain within six months.
• Master's degree (MBA) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project production, delivery, and client updates.
• Develop and maintain project plan with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage EWAs, scoping, and fee negotiations with clients.
• Create and maintain Smartsheet; align with financial reporting.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary production team and coordinate subcontractors.
