GPAC is helping a growing civil engineering firm in Greenville find a Land Development EIT to join the site design team. You’ll contribute from concept through permitting under licensed PEs who will mentor you toward your PE license.

You will prepare site layouts, perform stormwater work, and assemble permit packages for multiple jurisdictions, while supporting project managers with client coordination and site visits. This is a full-time on-site role in Greenville, SC.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• EIT certification required.
• 2–5 years of land development or site design experience preferred.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; willingness to sit for PE exam.

Aufgaben

• Prepare site layouts, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans in Civil 3D.
• Run stormwater calculations and assist in drainage reports.
• Assemble permit packages for city, county, and state review.
• Support PMs with client coordination and site visits.
